Cabinet Inline fans may be used for Venlaon and Exhaust applicaons for air volumes ranging from 1000CFM to 6800CFM, powered by a forward curved, direct driven fan. The standard series (CDIF-series) has a Single skin Cabinet and the Insulated Series (CDIF-IS) is supplied with high grade acousc egg-crate insulaon, internally lined, for low noise applicaons.
Fan casing is made of galvanized steel sheet, supplied in Mill finish as standard and external epoxy powder coang as a variaon. The Casing has a standard provision for an oponal slidein, replaceable Pre-filter, placed at the air inlet. The Casing is equipped with access panels for servicing and periodic cleaning.
CDIF Cabinet fans are supplied with Single phase, squirrel cage inducon motor with long bearing life with IP20 Protecon. The unit comes standard with a Speed Regulator Switch. EC Motors are available on CDIF-EC Series fans.
Air Quanty and Sound levels can be easily calibrated or modified using the Speed Regulator Switch mounted on the fan casing, as a standard feature.
CDIF fans are meant for Ceiling or Floor mounng with rectangular inlet and outlet connecons. For Ceiling Mounng, four heavy duty mounng brackets are posioned at the top of the casing.
Cabinet fans are provided with filter fixing arrangement as standard. The oponal filter can be easily accessed for cleaning or replacement. Nonwoven 25mm thick EU-4 filters are supplied as an oponal accessory for the Cabinet fans.
